Russia - Libya: grain and food 

     Russian National Grain Company RUSSIAN TRADE ORGANIZATION is negotiating with the Government of Libya the supplies of grain and food to the provinces of Libya.

   The result of the long bilateral negotiations and business meetings from June 10th till July 18th, 2019, was a list of food supplies to the ports of Libya. This applies to the food wheat, food baking flour, barley, cereal products (buckwheat, semolina, oatmeal), as well as pasta and several vegetable products.

 Preliminary first deliveries to the ports of Libya will start from August 15th, 2019 immediately after the signing of additional bilateral Agreements between Russian Trade Organization and the Government of Libya.

 The volume of supplies had been agreed and signed until March 1st, 2020.
